To Import a Raster Image

  1. In MicroStation, select File > Import > Image.

    The Select Image File dialog opens.



  2. Set the Image Settings.
    Tool Settings Effect
    Current Color Palette Maps the colors in the raster to the nearest color in the current palette.
    Transparent Background Transparent images are supported, although processing time on the output device or printer could be substantially increased.
  3. Set the bounding rectangle for the image then enter the rectangle.
